Inexpensive, clean.
I was asked for my credit card both at check-in and out. Did not feel comfortable since you had already billed me.

Very nice open pool area indoors with plenty of cozy sitting areas.
Lounge/Restaurant was closed. Hotel staff not friendly.

Older hotel with nicely renovated common area with indoor pool. The lounge/restaurant was not open for business. Some of the hotel staff were less than courteous.

It was very clean.
The hot tub has been closed for 4 years and the Sauna, was very disappointed when
I got there.

Some areas of this hotel needed lots of work, they also need to have different food for breakfast not the same things every day.

The rooms are clean and secure.
Misleading free hot breakfast sign.

I have stayed at this hotel in the past, and believe that my room was improved in appearance and cleanliness for this visit. I like the secure side entrance doors and general secure feeling of the hotel. The hotel has a rather large indoor pool, putting green, exercise room, and game area not often found in hotels with this rating. I was disappointed in their banner style sign that promised a free hot breakfast. They did provide a hot breakfast during my previous stay, but this "hot" breakfast was a simply a continental breakfast with a microwave oven. ...read more

Was able to get a room on short notice.

The hotel is definitely showing it's age, and is in need of refurbishment and various repairs. Worn fixtures, and peeling paint were evident. Our room, while not dirty, did not appear to be terribly clean. There was something sticky in the carpet. It made one wary of touching too many things like faucets, etc. The included breakfast was pretty pitiful. Very limited selection, with only one poor fellow working his tail off trying (mostly unsuccessfully) to keep it halfway stocked as guests came in to eat. The dining area was dirty as well. Several guests left without bothering to eat while we were there. The lobby area was nice, and the pool appeared to be well maintained. ...read more

The interior was warm and inviting, much like Embassy suites, but not quite as lush.

The Quality Inn and Suites was a tale of two hotels. On the inside, where the pool is, there were many amenities, fun things to do, a fountain and several comfortable places to just sit and read or have discussions with friends. ...read more

The indoor pool area. good place to read. nice and quiet.
The bed! Very, very uncomfortable!

Staff was good except for the morning I checked out. at 9:30am I had to call the staff out of the back. He looked like I woke him up. His hair was disheveled and his shirt was wrinkled, and his collar was part in, part out. The room was OK. Nothing special. The bathroom smelled like moldy towels. The bathtub/shower area had visible mold in the grout and long standing stains. The coffee maker was very dirty. Looked like it had never been cleaned. Coffee residue on the burner was rusty. The 2 ice makers I used spit out ice that was melting. Temps outside were very mild so that could not have been the cause. One ice maker was inside anyway. ...read more

clean, clean, clean
had no problems with this site

Was a little upset about the $50.00 room deposit but if that's what it takes to keep these rooms in the shape they were in I would gladly pay it again.

Lobby well decorated; room nice; not noisy
Bathroom needed paint.

The room itself was very nice, but the bathroom was tiny & needed painting. The lobby & pool area were attractive, but the wait to check in & out was much too long.
